Metal-To-Plastic Conversion...
We recently completed a metal-to-plastic conversion project for Prince Castle, a company that is dedicated to helping improve restaurant operations so they can consistently serve a great-tasting product quickly and safely.  One of the main components of their product was made of sheet metal.  Aside from it being expensive and heavy, it was unsafe because of the sharp edges.  Novation Industries worked with their engineers to finalize the design of an injection molded component, that is lighter, easier to clean and eliminates the sharp edges that were a significant safety hazard.

NOVATION Welcomes Waste Not Nut...
NOVATION Industries welcomes their newest customer, Waste Not Nut.  Waste Not Nut is a company focused on helping consumers to act responsibly and make better, earth-friendly and wallet-conscious decisions.  When the founder, Eve Balembois, learned that recyclers rejected bottles that still have product left in them, she created Waste Not Nut as the missing link in the bottle recycling process; the link that makes it easy to recycle entirely empty bottles without wasting or diluting precious product.

NOVATION Industries will be molding the NUT, which is made of a 100% recyclable TPE material, and we will assemble and package the final product for distribution.  “At NOVATIONIndustries our passion is to help our customers succeed,” stated Scott Baxter, president.  “With Waste Not Nut being a startup company, we’ve had to be creative and flexible in finding economical ways to support their transition from their initial Kickstarter program, while being able to meet their long-term goal of being on the retail shelf.”
