Drawing to Parts in 7 Days...
NOVATION Industries recently supported our customer’s R&D efforts by producing parts in 7 days. We received a request on February 27, 2014 from our customer to produce parts in a specialty material and the finished parts were delivered to their facility on March 5, 2014.  This 7 day turnaround required a review of the 3D models for; design flaws, optimum gate location, proper drafting and final selection of material. A prototype tool needed to be built, then sampling and molding of the parts, and finally arranging delivery to the customer.
