Bringing Your Concept to Life

We proof your product idea through prototyping in a 3-dimensional model to evaluate ergonomics, size, functionality, durability and manufacturability. Prototypes can also provide tools for consumer response studies, channel partner presentations, packaging design, management reviews, engineering assessments, sourcing requirements and other developmental needs.

We work with clients from proof of performance (POP) through working, retail-grade prototypes and all of the stages in between. We will utilize the latest prototyping processes to convert 3D CAD models into a digitally manufactured part, also known as a 3D print, or rapid prototype. We consult with our customers to identify the prototyping process that will best fit the diagnostic and analytic needs. Then we employ one or more of our many processes including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Polyjet, MJM, Stereolithography (SLA), DMLS, Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), CNC and Urethane Castings to replicate a plastic injection molding. Prototype parts can be produced in thermoplastics, urethanes, acrylics and epoxy photopolymers. The 3D parts can also be finished with paint, EMI shielded, vacuum metalized and electroplated to create a more finished product sample.
