Our 70,000 Square Foot McHenry Facility

Our 70,000 square foot facility boasts a centralized material handling and tool storage that is designed to keep dust out and efficiency in. This provides an ideal environment for Class 1 medical, food container, specialty packaging, cosmetics, home healthcare and other clean sensitive product and component production.

Forklifts and other contaminants are kept out of production and assembly areas, provides raw material storage with direct access from the warehouse as well as raw material transport equipment that allows direct delivery of resins into production cells via automated material handling systems. Finished goods and components are transported out of the production area via conveyors.  Stringent operator cleanliness guidelines are in place including hair nets, jacket, gloves, near part production and assembly to ensure additional sanitation.
